This approach allows you to choose exactly what your hair needs—nothing more, nothing less—so we can craft a tailored experience that’s uniquely yours. Every service is booked with a finish time, whether it be a haircut or blow-out your stylist will consult prior that way you are charged accordingly. Salon Policy in Regards to Booking & Color Alterations. We take pride in providing quality hair services and want all of our clients to leave feeling confident and happy with their results. Please note the following policies regarding color services and booking: • All services are non-refundable. • A deposit is required for chemical services only when scheduling online. This deposit is non-refundable, will be applied toward your final service total, and helps protect our stylists from no call/no show appointments. • If you have any concerns with your color, you must contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can assess and make any necessary adjustments. • Concerns reported within this 1-week window will be addressed at no additional cost. • Any issues reported after 7 days will be considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.
